This comprehensive program uses mental, physical, pharmacological, and technological methods to guide you towards achieving your goals and enhancing your focus, resilience, and overall well-being. Program Description: 1ST MONTH 1st Meeting: Diagnostic Session - Identify strengths, weaknesses, and available resources for goal achievement. - Root cause analysis of problems. - Introduction to work-life balance tools and mental psychotechnologies. 2nd Meeting: Goal Setting and Action Plan - Outline a sequence of actions leading to your goal. - Engage in deeper practices to boost dopamine levels and advanced meditation techniques, including pranayama. - Introduction to physical psychotechnologies. 3rd Session: Plan Decomposition - Break down the action plan into manageable steps, tailored to your needs, strengths, and weaknesses. - Discuss daily practice routine. - Introduction to pharmacological psychotechnologies as a voluntary, additional option if needed and medically safe. 4th Session: Eliminating negative mindset or limiting beliefs - Deep work with the Unconscious Mind - Creating personalized meditation practice 2ND MONTH 5th - 8th sessions: Implementation - Weekly check-ins to discuss: 1. Implementation plan. 2. Self-reflection. 3. Adjustments. 4. Future planning. 3D MONTH 9th Meeting: Results Analysis and Development Plan - Evaluate the effectiveness of our actions. - Discuss future directions, goals, and plans. Program Details: - First four sessions last 2-3 hours - Weekly check-ins (2nd month) last around 30 minutes - Group weekly meditation sessions with me, including Q&A opportunities. - Final session is 2-3 hours long Course Outcomes: Enhanced Work Efficiency: Experience a significant improvement in your work performance and productivity.
